Today at slam practice - Alixa - a member of the team was getting something from her car
and two guys were walking by so of course they started messing with her, asking - "Hey honey are you are artist?"
"Are you an artist, you an artist?"
She ignored them and then as they were walking away one of them asked her why she wouldn't talk to him.
She said, "Why should I talk to you when right off you start disrespecting me?"
The guys just kept walking.
When we came back inside I told her "That was really good - what you said to them..."
"Why?" She said, "It was just the truth."
"Exactly" I replied
and left it at that.
