The Great White Shit of 2002

Yesterday Jen and I had to drive home from Upstate New York. We knew the storm was going to be bad so we left Clifton Park at 1 in the afternoon. By 6:30 we were back in Providence. It's only 170 miles away. That's a normal 2 to 2 1/2 hour drive. Along the way our windshield cracked. There were times we were driving 15 miles and hour for miles. Trees bent half to the ground. Wind all on it's own trying to spin the car. SUV's going 50 MPH and then spinning out. Rear wheel drive cars crashing into guard rails. Every snowplow was on the other side of the road. It was a Merry Christmas.
