Based on his environmental regulation rollbacks - anyone but Bush.

Based on the fact that a great proportion of Bush's cabinet is made up of former energy company executives - Condoliza Rice included - and their pro coal pro drilling in sensitive wildlife areas - anyone but Bush.

Based on his opposition to using new embryonic stem cell lines in research for curing such things as spinal cord injury, Parkinson�s, heart dieses, etc. - anyone but Bush.

Based on his insistence on invading Iraq - anyone but Bush.

Based on his not finding weapons of mass destruction in Iraq - anyone but Bush.

Based on his administration's lack of proper planning for post invasion Iraq resulting in the Iraqi museum looting, infrastructure destruction, massive civilian death, hundreds of unnecessary deaths of U.S. troops, and the awarding of rebuilding contracts without bidding to Vice President Cheney's former company Halliburton - anyone but Bush.

Based the fact they will probably 'find' Osama bin Laden in August 2004 (coincidentally right before the election) - anyone but Bush.

Based on his outright lies, misrepresentations, and spin on everything above - anyone but Bush.

Based on that damn constant smirk / overtly cultivated calculated political John Wayne cowboy lone ranger over simplified "you're with us or against us" premature "mission accomplished" sign behind him landing on an air craft carrier in a flight suit dumb down the message pander to the right screw the future to get elected now image - anyone but Bush.

Based on Fox News - anyone but Bush.

Based on Rush Limbaugh - anyone but Bush.

Based on Karl Rove - anyone but Bush.

Based on John Ashcroft - anyone but Bush.

Based on speaking on condition of remaining anonymous White House administrative sources - anyone but Bush.
