Dear lazy web

For my oh so better at printing than me people... We've made a GotPoetry.com .PDF chapbook creator. You enter your poems into GotPoetry, you use the creator to make a .pdf book. We take care of the numbering, table of contents, thank you page, introduction page, ISBN and copyright section, etc... QUESTIONS: How do you print a 5.5 X 8.5 format on a printer chapbook style from a .PDF? I have the LuLu.com stuff ready and tested where the Novel format works great. Is there any way people could use this at home? How about at a Kinkos? Could people use this to print a Chap at a Kinkos type place?
