can someone please tell me what the deal is with drivers and blinkers. now i have been all over the country, but I�ve only driven in Massachusetts and Rhode Island enough to come to a conclusion. i could generalize about the other 48 states, but i wont

Massachusetts and Rhode Island though� the drivers in these two states� piss me right the hell off. even forget about Mass� i live in this smallest piss ant state, so lets focus on The Island
Rhode Islanders do not ever ever never whatsoever use blinkers
if you�ve read my other entries, you�ll know i walk to work, but it�s still a problem. i have to cross the street for instance and there�s a SUV barreling like they know they own the road - barreling at ME and i�m frozen on the edge of the curb�
